Technical Repair Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Repair Specialist to join our team at DivIHN Integration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing interactions between dealers, clients, and customers to ensure timely and effective repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of communications between dealers, clients, and customers to affect specific repairs and reduce downtime.
- Monitor and manage interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are met.
- Develop and implement solutions to complex problems, working independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, acting as an informal team leader or resource.
Requirements:
- Associates degree and at least 3 years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience, or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel and automotive systems, with experience in diagnostic and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealers, clients, and customers.
