About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Hennessy Auto Group, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in the buying process, utilizing established sales procedures and policies to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Greet and qualify customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Process sales orders and paperwork in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
  • Utilize sales controls and follow-up systems to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer test drives to interested customers, ensuring proper identification and explaining vehicle features and benefits.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding company standards.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, providing a comprehensive overview of vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories, and communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Adhere to all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values, including accountability, teamwork, kindness, grit, integrity, and curiosity.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a process-driven environment.
  • Ability to work every Saturday and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and ability to pass a background and drug screen.
Working Environment and Physical Demands

Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors, and on customer test drives. The position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
