At our Denver North Carolina facility, we are looking for skilled Production Assembly Specialists for (1st Shift). These specialists are tasked with gathering components and constructing assemblies according to specified work instructions, processing Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and production orders, ensuring quality is upheld across a diverse array of components.

Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret Production Work Instructions, Production Orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Drawings, and to construct according to the assigned drawings.
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools.
- Capability to package and construct pallets.
- Ability to complete tasks promptly while meeting all quality standards.
- Attention to detail is crucial; this role requires dexterity and fine motor skills to identify material defects.
- Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, and division.
- Ability to work independently and seek assistance from supervisors or other departments as needed.
- Blueprint reading skills are preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED; prior assembly experience is preferred.
