Automotive Repair Specialist

About the Role:
Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for safely repairing vehicles in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove and replace damaged vehicle parts, including fenders, panels, and grills
- Reassemble vehicle parts after painting is complete
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet production goals and deadlines
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure high-quality repairs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a collision repair technician
- I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred
- Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, and bending
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
