BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Workplace Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Reception: Receive and relay incoming, outgoing, and internal calls, handle and route messages, and answer general inquiries.
  • Workspace Management: Process space reservation requests, set up and maintain workspace/meeting rooms, and ensure optimal workspace occupancy.
  • Technical Support: Provide audio-visual support/troubleshooting, basic technical support for standard office equipment, and assist with large-scale duplicating projects.
  • Administrative Support: Receive, process, and deliver inbound and outbound mail, packages, and faxes, and perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with document retrievals/returns, coordinate destruction of documents, and keep track and follow up on customer requests until completion.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external providers.
