Job Overview

Mayday Manufacturing, a leading Aerospace machining and metal finishing company, is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team. As a CMM Programmer, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer requirements and producing programs used by inspectors to inspect parts on the Coordinate Measuring Machine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer requirements for product configuration from drawings, 3D models, and documented specifications.
  • Produce programs used by inspectors to inspect parts on the CMM.
  • Work with a high level of attention to detail and possess a working knowledge of CATIA V5.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools, including PC DMIS and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T) Interpretation.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an Aerospace manufacturing or inspection environment providing metrology solutions.
