Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Food and Beverage Runner to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by transporting food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate guest table.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport food orders from the kitchen to the guest table in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform side duties as required, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, current promotions, and daily specials to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including HACCP, OSHA, and sanitation guidelines, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of our food and beverage service team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Good communication skills required.
  • Six months customer service experience preferred.
  • Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card may be required.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 5 pounds. The ability to speak and hear, close and distance vision, and frequent use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills are also required.
