Project Director

The Rush Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Commercial Construction team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical direction for assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, owners, and subcontractors
- Prepare and present written and oral proposals
- Develop industry ties and participate in relevant organizations
- Initiate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
- Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Proficiency in project management software, including Procore and Microsoft Project
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $140,000
