Project Director

Korsmo Construction is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Tacoma. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful project outcomes for assigned projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget
- Lead and mentor team members, including Project Engineers, to ensure successful project outcomes
- Manage change orders, close-out, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, public speaking skills, and knowledge of the critical path method
- Competency in MS Windows and MS Office365
