**About Us:

CompSpec Inc. is a leading provider of administrative social services and financial solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Advocate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and assist uninsured hospital patients to determine eligibility for Medicaid and other programs.
  • Act as a liaison between the hospital, patients, government agencies, and our main office.
  • Work in a hospital setting, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Manage a portfolio of third-party eligibility and recovery cases.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to ensure seamless patient care and services.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual/Spanish language skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college education preferred.
  • Three years of experience in healthcare and/or government sectors.
  • Knowledge of County and State programs, including Medicaid.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
