POSITION SUMMARY
The Inspire Territory Manager will spearhead commercialization efforts to introduce OSA therapy within the designated sales territory. Key performance objectives will include meeting sales targets and enhancing therapy awareness. The role involves identifying and assessing new potential accounts within the assigned region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of OSA technology, including device implantation and follow-up protocols.
- Drive growth in implant procedures to meet sales objectives through effective account activation and patient management.
- Coordinate commercial site evaluations, selection, and development.
- Achieve and surpass assigned sales quotas.
- Ensure compliance with patient selection criteria, implantation techniques, and effective therapy methodologies at commercial centers.
- Facilitate local payer education and development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales operations teams to enhance outreach programs targeting both organic and direct-to-patient channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sector. Alternatively, 5 years of sales experience in the same fields or 3 years of relevant experience at Inspire Medical Systems in a clinical capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as necessary.
Preferred:
- Experience in assisting with the implantation and follow-up of implantable devices.
- Background in market development and establishing referral programs within the healthcare industry.
- Experience with product launches and account management.
