Key Responsibilities:

The Construction Manager role at Dennis Group Construction & Site Safety involves overseeing the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution, and meeting project deadlines. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing site safety protocols, and supervising field engineers or Jr Construction Managers when required.

Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in construction science, building science, or related field (strongly preferred)
  • 4-7 years of design-build experience, industrial project management
  • 4-7 years of subcontractor oversight, project scheduling experience
  • 4-7 years of client interaction, technical skills development
  • Progressively responsible job site experience, industrial project management
  • Fundamental understanding of construction phases, ability to interpret documents, schedules, budgets
  • AutoCAD proficiency (a plus)
  • Ability to travel up to 100%, accommodate varying work schedules

Compensation:

Dennis Group offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits, bonus, profit-sharing, and retirement plans.
