About the Role
As a FT Customer Service Leader, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with our store teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and that our stores are equipped to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery
• Collaborate with store teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns
• Analyze customer feedback and sales data to inform service improvements
