About the Role
Job Summary
H&M Group is a leading fashion brand that offers the latest styles and inspiration. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products and provide styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including folding, hanging, and displaying merchandise.
- Unload delivery trucks, receive, and unpack merchandise, and label merchandise with security tags.
- Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and stock room.
- Educate and promote our H&M Loyalty program to our customers.
- Share knowledge and skills with colleagues to build a positive working environment.
- Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation to ensure customer and employee safety.
Requirements
- Passionate about customer service and helping people find their style.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
- A team player with a flexible approach.
- Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
