Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide fast, easy, efficient, and professional service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Floor Operations: Assist with receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining a neat and orderly sales floor.
- Cash Handling: Perform sales and cash functions in the POS efficiently and accurately, including scanning merchandise and handling customer transactions.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the sales floor, front end, and restrooms, and report any safety issues to store management.
- Minimum 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- Minimum one year of retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and general office equipment proficiency.
