Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
  • Assist customers with product information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
