Job Title: Director or VP of Sales

Pavilion Integration Corporation (PIC) is a leading supplier of photonic modules and sub-system solutions for the biophotonic and industrial sensing markets. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth, manage sales operations, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals, manage customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in mid-size companies with international operations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Undergraduate degree required, MBA or similar advanced degree highly desired.
