Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport customers to and from their residences or workplaces while their vehicles undergo servicing.
  • Support administrative tasks and other office responsibilities.
  • Perform hand washing and vacuuming of vehicles.
  • Guide customer vehicles through the car wash.
  • Assist guests during peak times in the service area.
  • Retrieve parts as necessary.
  • Relocate vehicles for technicians as required.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy service area.
  • Answer incoming calls in the service department.
  • Collaborate effectively with the service team to direct customers, manage customer relations, and act as a liaison between customers and service advisors.
  • Organize repair orders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
