We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa locker areas, fitness center, and relaxation lounge
  • Assist with spa tours and ensure that guests are aware of our services and amenities
  • Manage product availability in the spa guest areas and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
