Job Title: EHS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's safety and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to ensure employee understanding and compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on EHS metrics and performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environment and Health, Operations Management, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, as well as experience with compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
