Small Animal Practice Administrative Assistant

We are a 2-doctor small animal practice, committed to providing excellent care to our patients and their humans while maintaining a clean and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspond with clients via phone, text, and email to ensure seamless communication.
- Interact with various vendors to facilitate efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with prescription requests.
- Utilize online portals to maximize efficiency in the practice.
- Clean and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Set appointments and manage schedules.
Qualifications:
- An upbeat and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Avimark PMS is preferred.
- Knowledge of online pharmacies, including Chewy, Covetrus, and 1-800 Pet Meds.
- Understanding of basic pet vaccine protocols.
