Job Description

We are a 2-doctor small animal practice, committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and their owners in a clean and positive environment. Our team is dedicated to helping our staff thrive, and we strive to offer a great benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with clients via phone, text, and email to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Interact with various vendors to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Manage recordkeeping and assist with prescription requests.
  • Utilize online portals to maximize efficiency in the practice.
  • Clean and maintain the office environment.
  • Set appointments and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Communicate with doctors and the team in the treatment area.

Qualifications:

  • An upbeat and friendly personality with the ability to engage with clients.
  • Proficiency with Avimark PMS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of online pharmacies, including Chewy, Covetrus, and 1-800 Pet Meds.
  • Understanding of basic pet vaccine protocols.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
