About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Alliance Animal Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide information about our services, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage client records, process payments, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Practice Operations: Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in practice management software, such as Avimark PMS, and online pharmacies, including Chewy, Covetrus, and 1-800 Pet Meds.
  • Knowledge of Pet Care: Understanding of basic pet vaccine protocols and ability to provide information to clients.
