  • Strategic Collaborator: Serve as a liaison between corporate departments and SSCs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with company objectives. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and guidelines.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing Sales/Service Centers within the tile industry or a comparable sector.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
