Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President, Operations Northeast to join our team at IASIS Healthcare. This is a senior leadership position that will be responsible for driving growth and development of accountable care programs in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the finance and operations of accountable care programs across the region.
  • Implement and lead the activities and staff associated with these efforts and manage direct reports.
  • Assess the performance improvement needs of provider practices across the region and coordinate efforts to assist providers with maximizing value delivered to all key stakeholders.
  • Monitor, interpret, and report on changes in performance, market trends, healthcare delivery systems, and legislative initiatives that impact managed care efforts.
  • Attend and provide oversight, support, and direction related to all regional meetings and provide financial and operational oversight to the budget.
  • Provide leadership, in conjunction with IASIS Healthcare, on health-plan related initiatives and operations.
  • Facilitate cross-business unit collaboration to scale ACO program operations regionally in order to support growth in and across the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Master's strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years as a senior leader in a managed care or healthcare provider environment of a similar capacity.
  • Management/Supervisor experience required. This position will have direct reports.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
