Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven success in leading and motivating employees, with a strong track record of achieving production goals and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
