Refinery Production Supervisor

The Refinery Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to environmental regulations, and maintaining product quality. This role involves supervising a team of five employees, coordinating production schedules, and communicating with production managers to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities- Employee Safety: Lead by example to ensure a safe workplace, support plant-wide compliance with safety rules, and encourage employees to report and correct near misses.
- Environmental Performance: Identify high-risk safety/productivity issues, adhere to GMPs and work procedures, and prevent environmental excursions.
- Production Coordination: Supervise five employees, manage packaging and truck schedules, and communicate with production managers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Training and Development: Oversee training of new employees, perform light maintenance when necessary, and record daily pump production and truck/train schedule printouts.
