Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Activity Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading resident activities throughout the day, assisting in the planning of events, and ensuring our residents receive exceptional care.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinating and leading daily activities for residents
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of community events
  • Ensuring the onboarding process for new residents runs smoothly
  • Organizing resident meetings and community gatherings
  • Planning activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents


Requirements:



  • A creative and energetic personality with excellent communication skills
  • English language proficiency required
  • CPR Certification (preferred)
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

  • A highly competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
