Responsibilities of the Cabin Service Representative- Maintain cleanliness and service of aircraft interiors, including the cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
- Prepare the cabin for passenger boarding and departure, ensuring thorough cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
- Manage passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies, ensuring meticulous cleaning and organization to eliminate dirt, debris, and marks.
- Assist Ramp agents post cabin cleaning.
- Conduct FOD (Foreign Object Debris) walks in the ramp area between flights.
- Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures.
- Ensure availability of necessary ground equipment in the ramp area and baggage room for upcoming flights.
- Interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials labels, loading manifests, and baggage routing tags.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned, within the expected skill and experience level for this role.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
- Must be eligible for security clearances following a successful criminal background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexible availability for shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays, with some shifts requiring extended hours.
- Capability to work in cramped or elevated locations.
- Ability to lift heavy items, including navigating jet way stairs.
