Customer Return Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Return Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the return of their rental cars, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

• Meet and greet customers, securing keys and recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars
• Check our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient return process

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
