About the Role:
Family Resource Home Care is seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential support to clients in their homes. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve, ensuring their safety and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including:
    • Meal preparation and serving
    • Personal hygiene and grooming assistance
    • Household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
    • Transportation for errands and appointments
    • Engagement in social activities and hobbies
    • Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes

Work Schedule:
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Our clients require care at various times throughout the day and night, including 24-hour support. We strive to match you with clients that fit your schedule and location preferences.

Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $18.50 to $20.50, depending on the level of care provided.

Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate is someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. While prior caregiving experience is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training for those eager to learn.

Requirements:
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to complete state-required caregiver training
