About the Position

Provider Solutions & Development is in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physician. This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative team within a well-established cancer care network, dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-focused treatment across a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work four clinic days weekly, complemented by one administrative day.
  • Focus primarily on outpatient care with limited shared call responsibilities and mostly consultative inpatient coverage.
  • Travel between various clinic locations may be necessary.
  • Engage with a supportive team that values equitable workload distribution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Oncology is required; certification in Hematology is preferred.
  • Compensation ranges from $447,861 to $474,000 annually, with potential additional incentives based on productivity and quality metrics.
