Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology, or a related field

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment
The Service Coordinator will work in an office environment, using a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
