Job Title:

Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

D.R. Horton, Inc., a leading homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee the Warranty Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and warranty experience for homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct warranty activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Develop and maintain updated policies and procedures for the Customer Service Department
  • Supervise and coordinate Customer Service Technicians to ensure delivery of quality products to customers
  • Design and implement improved processes and operational policies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Recommend changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs
  • Train and develop Customer Service personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide exceptional service
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Review and approve warranty department invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Generate reports to track warranty service requests and expenditures
  • Meet with homeowners and/or subcontractors to resolve escalated warranty disputes/issues
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervise 2 or more employees in the Customer Service Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel
