Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while promoting a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs and make recommendations for care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of Idaho.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience working with residents with dementia and memory impairments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
