Position Overview
The Insurance Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in the verification of insurance for patients and referrals to the specialized care center.

This position is accountable for ensuring adherence to third-party payer regulations and serves as a vital link between the specialized care center and insurance representatives, advocating for patients to guarantee the proper receipt of benefits and the seamless coordination of services, including consultations, procedures, and specialized products.

Additionally, this role involves supporting the Front Office Team by assisting with appointment scheduling and managing patient check-in and check-out processes at the specialized care center.
