Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Arrive at scheduled start time, dressed in our company's uniform, and ready to work
Collect and set up necessary equipment to perform your job, including side-work
Familiarize yourself with all menus and wine lists
Serve guests and internal employees in accordance with our established standards
Reset tables with all items, including proper, polished service ware
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
Read and adhere to all memos and policies
Foster a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
Report to the Restaurant Manager before ending your work shift
Act as an ambassador for Enchantment by speaking positively about the resort at all times
Assist coworkers and other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Know the resort layout and work efficiently as a team
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work well with or without direct supervision
Neat and well-groomed appearance at all times
Flexibility, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
Current food handler's certification
Prior busser experience is desired
English skills necessary to communicate with guests
