Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Clubhouse Bartender to join our team at Enchantment Group Management Company LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  2. Support other servers in all beverage services, ensuring seamless execution of orders.
  3. Know and execute all menu items, including food, wine, beer, and liquor.
  4. Take orders in a complete and timely fashion, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Serve guests and internal employees in established standards, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  6. Execute beverage service following established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  7. Know and follow laws of liquor service, maintaining a safe and responsible environment.
  8. Keep workstations clean and organized at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
  9. Read and implement all memos and updates, ensuring knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests, co-workers, and management, fostering a work environment of teamwork and mutual service.
  11. Operate InfoGenesis in a proficient manner, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  12. Report to the Food & Beverage Manager before ending work shifts, ensuring seamless handovers.
  13. Act as an ambassador of Enchantment Group Management Company LLC, speaking positively of the company at all times.
  14. Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  15. Know the resort layout, ensuring efficient navigation and service delivery.
  16. Work efficiently and as a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must work well with or without direct supervision, maintaining a neat and well-groomed appearance at all times. Must be flexible, self-motivated, positive, and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-workers, and management. Must maintain current food handler's certification and prior bartending and serving experience is required. English skills necessary to communicate with guests, and computer skills helpful. Knowledge of liquor laws is essential.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs. required. 50% walking, lifting, and bending, and 50% standing. Hearing and manual dexterity necessary. Distance vision 1-3 feet required. Use of cleaning solutions necessary.
