- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with experience in technology support.

- Proficiency in managing technical support operations.
- Knowledge of audiovisual systems and installation practices.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with IT service management tools.
- Familiarity with desktop support and operating systems.
- Project management experience.
Certification in audiovisual technology is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
