About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding our commercial business by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities. This individual will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the commercial market and its players.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Demonstrated track record of success in growing revenue and expanding business.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
