Company Overview:
Propark Mobility is actively seeking dedicated Parking Services Associates for immediate part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide patrons to appropriate parking spaces.
- Issue parking tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of all necessary details.
- Complete daily operational reports, including transaction counts, vehicle entries and exits, and ticket validations.
- Uphold the company’s service standards by maintaining a professional appearance, greeting customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and thanking patrons upon their departure.
- Perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by management.
- Engage in special projects as assigned by location supervisors.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School diploma preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong reading, comprehension, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.
- Capable of providing effective customer resolutions in a friendly manner.
- Availability for morning, evening, and overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service roles.

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
- Exposure to weather conditions as they occur.
- Regular exposure to fumes and airborne particles.
- Noise levels may vary from minimal to moderate.
