Position: Parking Services Associate
Compensation: $15.75 per hour
Employment Type: Part-time (Event-Based)
Work Location: Tundra Parking Garage - Houston
Shift & Schedule: Varies based on event timing
Propark Mobility is actively seeking dedicated Parking Services Associates for immediate part-time and full-time roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide patrons to available parking spaces.
- Issue parking tickets while accurately documenting necessary details.
- Complete daily shift reports, including transaction counts, vehicle entries and exits, and ticket validations.
- Uphold the company’s service standards by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and thanking them upon departure.
- Perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by management.
- Engage in special projects as assigned by location supervisors.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate effective customer service skills.
- Availability for morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for various tasks. Employees may occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Work conditions may include exposure to varying weather elements and potential fumes or airborne particles. Noise levels can range from minimal to moderate.
