Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Ted Britt Auto Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling vehicles to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by utilizing current sales techniques and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Present the features and benefits of our products to customers, highlighting the advantages of our vehicles over competing brands.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on sales techniques and industry trends.
  • Work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize the buying experience for customers and the profitability of the dealership.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced sales environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
  • May be required to balance and push a 600+ lb. motorcycle.
