Job Summary

Kettler Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Waterford at Summit View. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents and provide them with property tours, highlighting the community's amenities and features.
  • Perform outreach marketing to attract new residents and promote the community's brand.
  • Develop and implement engaging social media initiatives to connect with residents and promote the community's events and activities.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure all questions are answered and provide a high-touch approach to customer service.
  • Assist with resident retention by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Support the Community Manager with general office maintenance, including answering phones and performing administrative tasks.
  • Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.
