Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build trust relationships with customers, understanding their needs and presenting relevant products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, contributing to the success of the store.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services offered by Sherwin-Williams.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, providing solutions to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
