Job Summary

Johnny's Selected Seeds is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Center Specialist (Seasonal). This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial farmers and home gardeners, ensuring a positive experience through one-call resolution and timely responses.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about agriculture and customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns.
  • Learn and master our software systems to support a positive customer experience.
  • Complete and maintain documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support customers to resolve problems, including order status questions and other concerns.
  • Take initiative to upgrade personal product knowledge through training opportunities.
  • Build positive relationships with coworkers and utilize their knowledge to support the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Interest or prior experience in agriculture, farming, or home gardening.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to work with multiple software systems.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment.
