Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Memory Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on our Memory Care wing, working evening shifts from 3-11pm.

About the Role:

The CNA will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes:

  • Reviewing care plans and providing care accordingly
  • Identifying and honoring resident choices in activities of daily living, while maintaining resident safety
  • Communicating with care staff at all levels to adequately meet the needs of the residents
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be active and in good standing on the Maine CNA registry
  • Have the ability and willingness to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, staff, supervisors, residents, and their families
  • Exercise discretion and good judgment in the execution of job duties, including the ability to identify matters which are confidential in nature, and to keep them confidential
