About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Slate Belt Health & Rehab Ctr. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to supervisors.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or state-tested Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
