Job Summary

This role supports daily operations and customer service tasks across multiple client locations. As an Area Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing coverage for onsite personnel absences, including potential site management duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations at customer sites within a designated geographical area.
  • Provide coverage for onsite personnel absences, including potential site management duties.
  • Travel to alternate sites, which may extend commute time beyond the scheduled shift.
  • Assist with process improvements, procedural testing, and compliance with best practices.
  • Support Field Implementation Managers during new account setups and service expansions.
  • Help onboard and crosstrain new team members.
  • Contribute to developing and updating Site Procedure Guides, ensuring consistency and compliance across locations.
  • Conduct routine visual inspections of services for safety and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a customer-focused environment, promptly addressing and escalating issues to management.
  • Accurately track and submit monthly expenses.

Requirements

  • Reliable self-starter with strong attendance.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Preferred: experience in mailroom, reception, or hospitality.
  • Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and printing experience.
