Position Summary:
As a Nighttime Guest Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction during the evening hours. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with their needs, maintaining property safety, and conducting regular patrols of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Front Desk Manager.
- Address guest inquiries and requests throughout your shift, including minor maintenance tasks.
- Accompany late check-ins to their designated accommodations.
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Conduct patrols of recreational areas between 9 PM and 11 PM.
- Document and manage cash drops in the accounting system.
- Secure the clubhouse at closing time and ensure the pool area is tidy.
- Cross-train for the Night Audit role as needed.
- Assist with front desk operations during audits.
- Deliver newspapers to guest accommodations by 4:00 AM when required.
- Understand and implement emergency procedures effectively.
- Enforce property rules and regulations with guests and staff.
- Complete a minimum of six property tours during an 8-hour shift, with at least three conducted on foot.
- Report safety concerns and complete necessary work orders.
- Prepare detailed incident reports as necessary.
- Complete nightly reports, including patrol and lighting assessments.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer applications.
- Experience with cash handling.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform various physical activities, including standing, walking, and bending.
- Frequent use of a computer screen.
- Ability to focus on conversations in a potentially noisy environment.
